Company Incorporation- copies of passports of the founders and director;
- extract from the commercial register of a foreign company with an apostille (if the foreign company is the founder);
- 2 copies of the Charter;
- minutes from the founders meeting / sole founder’s decision;
- letter of guarantee or documents of title to the facility specified as the company’s address;
- notarized application form;
- receipt of state duty payment;
- power of attorney for the representative who applies and receives documents to the registering body.
The application needs to be signed personally by each founder of the new legal entity, either at a notary desk in Russia or abroad.

1. Document drafting:

2. Registration

- Certificate of registration with the tax authorities (company Tax ID number) - Extract from the corporate register
3. Final stage
After receiving all of the documents, it’s necessary to obtain the statistical codes (OKVED) at the Statistic Office, submit registration to the Social Insurance Fund and the Pension Fund, issue a company seal (if any) and open a bank account at the bank of the client's choice.
Notice
To start a business in Russia it’s necessary to:
- have a legal address in the country;
- have a minimum authorized capital of 10,000 rubles;
- have an official director and accountant;
- have documents confirming the fact of registration (the foreigner will receive these documents after the registration is completed and the company is entered in the State Register).
